     Title: Spiced Salmon Loaf

         Yield: 1 servings
 
 15 1/2 oz can salmon*
    1/2 c  chopped onion
    1/2 c  chopped celery
      2 T  lemon juice
      1 t  dried dill
  1 1/2 t  Worcestershire sauce
      4 dr Tabasco
    1/4 c  oat bran
      2 ea beaten eggs
      1 t  butter
 
  *Drained and flaked.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine flaked salmon or tuna with
onion, celery, lemon juice, and dill in mixing bowl  Add remaining
seasonings.  Stir in the oat bran.  Blend in eggs.  Pour into
buttered loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.

          Title: Salmon Cheese Puff Pies

      Yield: 1 servings
 
 15 1/2 oz can salmon*
      1 c  cottage cheese
    1/4 c  chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c  chopped onion
      3 T  lemon juice
    1/4 t  dill weed
     10 oz pk frozen puff pastry shells
 
  *Drained and flaked.
**Thawed in refrigerator overnight.
Preheat oven to 450 F.  In large bowl, combine all ingredients except
patty shells.  On floured surface, roll each shell to an 8-inch
circle.
Place equal amounts of salmon mixture in center of each circle. Fold
over; seal edges with water and press with fork.  Place on ungreased
baking sheet; cut slit near center of each turnover.  Reduce oven
temperature to 400 F; bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
